All displayed prices include applicable VAT based on your delivery country, valid at the time of system entry. If we cannot ship certain items from your order, the value of undelivered goods will be refunded to your Zeomis.com account wallet or your original payment method. Product prices do not include delivery fees; your total order cost equals the sum of product prices plus applicable shipping charges.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but price adjustments will not affect orders for which we have already sent formal Order Confirmation emails.

After adding all desired items to your shopping cart, follow the checkout process to submit your order and complete payment. You may review and edit all order details before finalizing payment. We make every reasonable effort to display product colors accurately on our website. However, screen color output varies across different monitor devices, and we cannot guarantee your screen will perfectly replicate the actual physical color of our products.

We will only apply our standard minimum packaging requirements for your selected shipping method unless you request custom packaging. Any special packaging, loading or crating requests you submit will incur additional fees payable by you.

Zeomis.com holds inventory across multiple global warehouses. For multi-item orders, we reserve the right to split your shipment into multiple parcels based on stock availability. Our standard delivery target is 7 working days from order placement. Delivery times may extend during peak sale periods. Saturdays and Sundays are not classified as working days. If you have not received your order within 10 working days after dispatch, contact our support team via service@zeomis.com.

Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you immediately once the carrier takes possession of your package. Any claims for damage sustained during transit must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.

Claims for missing items or damage occurring before handover to the carrier must be submitted to Zeomis.com within 14 calendar days of delivery receipt, accompanied by the original carrier shipping document confirming damaged goods on pickup.

Despite transfer of transit risk to you, full legal ownership and title of all ordered goods remains with Zeomis.com until all outstanding payments (including principal charges, interest and related fees) are fully settled in cash. You agree to complete all required actions to uphold our retained ownership rights over products until full payment is received.

Valid return windows vary by country; contact customer support for region-specific return policy details. Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping fees unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

We offer exchanges for items ordered in incorrect sizes and all quality-defective products. If a product fault or damage is verified upon returned inspection, we will issue a full refund covering original delivery fees and return postage. Refunds will be credited to your Zeomis.com account wallet or your original payment method, at your selection.

All content you submit to our website (including photos, videos, reviews, comments, design ideas, techniques and suggestions, collectively “Submissions”) is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting Submissions to our site, you grant Zeomis.com an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, transferable license to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, adapt, modify and create derivative works from all Submissions in any format, across all media channels, without additional compensation. All submitted content becomes the exclusive permanent property of Zeomis.com and will not be returned to you, and you waive all rights to file disputes over our future use of your Submissions.

You warrant all Submissions you post do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or contain any material subject to external legal claims. You agree to fully indemnify Zeomis.com against all losses, fees and legal costs arising from third-party copyright or IP claims related to your posted content.

When posting public reviews or comments, you also grant us permission to display your submitted name alongside your feedback. You confirm you own all legal rights to any content you publish, and our use of your posts will not violate any third-party rights. You may not submit fake email addresses, impersonate other people, or misrepresent the source of your Submissions. Zeomis.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any customer Submissions at any time for any reason.

All copyrights, registered trademarks and intellectual property rights for all website content and materials belong exclusively to Zeomis.com or our licensed partners. You may only use site content within the scope of our explicit written permission; limited copying of your personal order and contact information for record-keeping purposes is permitted.

Fire, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, structural collapse, epidemics and other natural disasters iv. Full or partial suspension of rail, sea, air and road transport services v. Disruption of public and private telecommunications infrastructure vi. New government legislation, regulatory restrictions or official public authority orders vii. Strikes, failures or accidents affecting postal, maritime and all other transport services

All contractual obligations are suspended for the full duration of active Force Majeure Events, and our delivery timeline will be extended by a period matching the length of the disruption. We will take all reasonable commercial steps to resolve Force Majeure interruptions and fulfill our outstanding orders as soon as practically possible.

Subject to mandatory local consumer protection laws, our total liability for any product purchased via our website is capped at the original purchase price of the relevant item. This liability cap does not apply to the following scenarios where legal liability cannot be limited or excluded: i. Death or personal injury caused by our negligence ii. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation iii. Any case where liability exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law

Within the maximum legal scope permitted, we accept no liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including: i. Lost revenue or sales turnover ii. Business operating losses iii.
